Our Hiring Process

Please do not send us your CV. We use a three-step hiring process:

  1. We will ask you fill out an application form. With this form, we try to see whether your skills actually match the position. Our form will not ask any personal information about you except for an e-mail address. Our forms have multiple steps and contain open ended questions, so please make sure you have some quiet time before starting the application. We will filter out most incoming applications at this step.

  2. If we think you could be a match for us, we will invite you to a video chat. This is to get to know you, but also to see whether you could fit into the team, at what step in your personal career you are and what salary expectations you have.

  3. Candidates that make it to the shortlist will receive an invitation for a final chat where we try to understand the extent of your strengths and weaknesses. This might involve live coding and in-depth technical discussions, depending on the position.
